Provide high quality assessment and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.  Offer helpful, effective education and consultation to the organization and the community. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide information/public relations presentations to local civic clubs,                                            schools, health fairs, etc.                        
  • Maintain CEUs required for continued license/certification.
  • Maintain credentials with all applicable managed care contracts by completing the necessary paperwork and returning it on a timely basis.
  •  Provide 100 hours of direct services per month within CSO-approved clinical scope of practice.

Job Requirements

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy or other Mental Health related field.

Licensed candidates are preferred (LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT), though unlicensed applicants are acceptable. Unlicensed clinicians will be provided with financial assistance and quality licensed supervision hours in preparation for licensure.

Pay range varies depending on degree and licensure status.
